Each week, we feature a worthy citizen science project or nature news segment from around the world. This week, in recognition of National Moth Week (July 18-26), we’ve chosen to highlight its namesake project.
National Moth Week
Participants can contribute data that will help map moth distribution and shed light on the lifestyles of these light-loving creatures. According to the website, ““Moth-ers” of all ages and abilities are encouraged to learn about, observe, and document moths in their backyards, parks, and neighborhoods.”
